Biography
Vintage Vibes consists of two talented musicians with excellent musicianship and a highly professional work ethic. The duo provide a diverse repertoire of songs and also offer to learn a song upon request in a vintage style.
Covering a range of genres including jazz, swing and blues, the band also revisit contemporary chart hits from artists such as Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse and Norah Jones in that undeniable 1920s style.
Vintage Vibes are the perfect accompaniment to wedding receptions, private parties, corporate functions and more, providing a cosy and intimate atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.
The band cover a range of artists from the 1920s up to the 60s including Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Bessie Smith, Robert Johnson, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Louis Armstrong, Peggy Lee and many more. The duo can also offer more lively, up-tempo sets to get the party started!
All was excellent. All correspondence both with Bands For Hire and Vintage Vibes was very professional as was their time keeping - especially as it was a Bank Holiday Sunday and lots of traffic. The playing and singing was first class and all our guests commented as how much they enjoyed vintage Vibes playing. Would not hesitate in recommending Vintage Vibes.
