Biography
This talented quartet are one of the North West's leading string ensembles with a colourful repertoire including a variety of songs from all musical genres.
River Quartet are the perfect choice to serenade guests at corporate dinners, wedding ceremonies, champagne receptions, private garden parties, birthdays and more. Choose from their beautifully tailored acoustic sets or, to really make an impression, their high energy electric sets to wow guests and clients of all backgrounds and ages. The ensemble can also downsize to a duo or trio for smaller events.
The ensemble have worked professionally in the industry for a number of years performing at events across the UK and globally; such prestigious events have included performing at the Bright Star Ball alongside Sir Tom Jones, the Etihad Stadium for their annual Woman's Awards Ceremony and the Coronation of Awards at the RNCM. With such a variety in their performance, and with expert musicianship, you can be sure this event and wedding string quartet will be a success for any special occasion.
We trusted River Quartet to play songs from their repertoire and they matched the setlist to the vibes on the day perfectly. They were very easy to deal with and we were really impressed with how they were able to learn our entrance song just a few weeks before the wedding. They definitely helped to add a more intimate feeling during the day and we wouldn't hesitate in working with them again or recommending them to anyone else looking for strings on their wedding day.
