Biography
Switch consists of a professional female vocalist who graduated from the National Conservatoire of Milan, Italy and a talented pianist who has worked across the country and abroad.
Switch provide a staggering list of top 40 hits across every decade ranging from energetic and upbeat to smooth and mellow classics.
As well as the acoustic set featuring piano and vocals, Switch also provide an electric set with professionally recorded backing tracks for a more upbeat performance if required. The band's versatility means they can cater for a wide range of occasions and events, whether it be a chilled out live lounge performance for an afternoon event, or a full-on evening party set for dancing.
The band are happy to tailor their performance for your special occasion so please mention what you're after when making your enquiry. All backing tracks that accompany the electric set are custom made to a highly professional standard.
Switch are extremely friendly and likeable people, who were very communicative from the time of their arrival. They are both talented and extremely musical people, and when we rehearsed the two items in which they collaborated with us, they were extremely amenable and good to work with. Their own performance in the second half of our concert was very good. (For us their rendering of the classic Moon River was quite stunning.) The second half ended with two items in which Switch were joined by our sixty-strong choir, eight backing singers and our five piece band, to perform two Queen numbers, which were the absolute highlight of the whole evening.
